We provide bedding, bath, hand and pool towels. All cleaning is include in the price.  We kindly request you bring your own personal pool towels if possible but we do have some at the house.

We have a washing machine, clothes dryers and a dishwasher.  A welcome pack is provided on your arrival with snacks and drinks.

Change overs are normally on a Sunday but we can be flexible if needed. 

The rate is an 'all-inclusive' rate for the whole property.

We require a 25% deposit on booking and the balance eight weeks before your stay. Your dates are not guaranteed until the deposit is paid. We will formally write to you with all our contact details once the deposit is received to confirm your payment and that your holiday is booked.

We do have a strict cancellation policy, the deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel the holiday after paying the final sum, i.e less than 8 weeks before the start of your holiday this is also not refundable unless we can re-allocate your week. By signing the booking form you are agreeing to these conditions.
