And that’s exactly why it stays with people.

Why Guests Return

There’s a reason people return.  It’s not something you notice straight away. It happens slowly, over a few days. Life starts to feel easier here. Mornings are unhurried, afternoons drift by and evenings seem to last longer than they should.

You stop thinking about plans. You just settle into it.  Everything is close enough to explore — markets, vineyards, small towns — but when you come back, it’s quiet again. Private. Still. Like nothing else is going on.

And then, without really meaning to, you start imagining coming back.

Some talk about it during the week. Others book before they leave but because they don’t want to miss the chance to return.

That’s usually the moment Bonté becomes somewhere special.

Hi Sonia 

It was great to meet you and your family last week. And thanks for all the local knowledge you both passed to us about where to visit, it was great. 

We wanted to send our thanks to you and Jim for allowing us to rent your amazing house. We had the best family holiday we have ever had. Bonte was perfect in every way. You have made the most amazing home from home holiday and we cannot wait to come back in 2020. 

We look forward to spending many years holidays at Bonte. Could I ask whenever you open the bookings each year you let us know as we would like any 2 weeks over the school holidays annually.
